How to buy a token
- Open Electricity and choose your disco
- Select prepaid or postpaid and enter the meter number
- Check the customer name, enter the amount and confirm with your PIN
- Copy the token from your receipt and enter it on your meter

- The discos listed on this page are available in the Electricity service. Choose yours, enter your meter number and the customer name is shown before you pay.
- Can I pay both prepaid and postpaid meters?
- Yes. Select prepaid to buy a token, or postpaid to pay your bill, then enter the meter or account number.
- Where do I see my prepaid token?
- The token is shown on your receipt after a successful payment and stays in your transaction history, so you can copy it again later.
- What if I entered the wrong meter number?
- Always check the customer name before you confirm. If the name is not right, go back and correct the number before paying.
