How to Pay DStv and GOtv Online
Step-by-step guide to renewing your DStv or GOtv subscription online with Nasco Data: what you need, how to check the decoder name and what to do if it is pending.
You do not need to visit a shop or wait in a queue to renew your decoder. With a funded Nasco Data wallet you can pay DStv, GOtv or Startimes from your phone or computer.
What you need
- Your DStv smartcard number or GOtv IUC number (printed on the decoder or shown on the TV error screen).
- Enough balance in your Nasco Data wallet for the package you want.
Steps to renew
- Sign in and open Cable TV.
- Choose DStv, GOtv or Startimes and enter the smartcard or IUC number.
- Check the customer name that appears. If it is not the right name, stop and recheck the number.
- Pick the package and confirm with your PIN.
If the channels do not come back
Leave the decoder on and tuned to a channel for a few minutes after payment. If the status in your history is successful but the screen still shows an error, use the self-service reset on the DStv or GOtv website or app.
If the payment is still pending, do not pay again. Contact our support with the transaction ID so we can check it.
